We’re located at 1638 Deckner Avenue #3, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54302 in the oldest structure of the neighborhood. Built in 1890, this was the home and farmstead of the Bodard family, who owned land from Main street to the East River between Deckner Avenue and Crooks Street.
When Mr. Bodard passed away in the 1930’s his widow divided the farmhouse into apartments and sold off surrounding property which was to become Bodard’s Subdivision, a part of the larger, historic, “Oak Grove Neighborhood“.
Parking is available at the side of the building, and there are two driveways, one on Deckner and the other on Quinton Street.
The office entrance is at the right-rear side of the building adjacent to the parking area.
